Apryl Witherspoon is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience, specializing in Medical Aesthetics. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Texas, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Tyler, and a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati. A respected voice in aesthetics, Apryl is a board-certified member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society, North Texas Nurse Practitioners Association, International Association for Physicians in Aesthetic Medicine, and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

Apryl began her aesthetic journey in Los Angeles before establishing NWME Aesthetics in Dallas-Fort Worth, where she offers advanced, natural aesthetic treatments. Her dedication to enhancing natural beauty and promoting self-confidence has earned her numerous media features, including NBCDFW, Voyage Dallas, and Urban Beauty TV on BET Her. As a speaker at top industry conferences—AmSpa Boot Camp, Aesthetic Next, AAFPRS, and Aesthetic Extender Symposium—she has shared her expertise in cultural competence and treating diverse skin types.

Apryl is also the founder of NWME Institute, where she mentors aspiring aesthetic professionals, providing hands-on training, shadowing opportunities, and an extended 4-week internship program.
