Dennis Gullo is a seasoned professional with over four decades of experience in the beauty industry. Hailing from the great state of New Jersey – home of the Boss and Frank Sinatra – Dennis began his career as a salon owner and stylist in 1978. Over the years, he has been recognized nationally for his innovative business practices and was recognized by several prominent magazines and newspapers, including Entrepreneur Magazine, Day Spa Magazine, Salon Today Magazine, and the Philadelphia Inquirer.

In 2004, Dennis formalized his love for teaching, coaching, and consulting by completing a rigorous three-year, advanced training program to become a Certified Strategies Coach. As a Coach, Dennis is dedicated to helping salon & spa owners bring stability and growth to their businesses using the Team-Based business model. With a unique blend of business acumen and industry expertise, Dennis is known for his ability to help salon owners achieve their profit goals while fostering a healthy business culture.

With fluency in both “salon/spa owner” and “accountant,” Dennis is able to teach complex business information in an accessible and understandable way. His passion is to bring sound business principles, including integrity, excellence, and profitability by design, to the professional beauty industry. As a Director-at-large and full-time Coach since 2016, Dennis is committed to empowering salon owners to reach their full potential.
