Haley Wood MSN, WHNP, CANS is a Board Certified Women’s Heath Nurse Practitioner and Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist with over 16 years of aesthetic injectable experience. As the founder of The Look Aesthetics, in Franklin, Tennessee, she is a nationally renown speaker and trainer having trained over 5000 providers across the country.

Haley is a trusted advisor in the aesthetics field having served on industry advisory boards and CME training companies, specifically Allergan, Galderma, Revance and Palette Resources. She co-developed the first study guide for the CANS exam as well as the award winning ACIST tool, which ensures dermal filler safety.

Along w Cofounder, Dawn Sagrillo, they developed the Aesthetic Mastermind faculty and Aesthetic Mastermind Summit, an exclusive business conference for nurses, nurse practitioners and physicians who own their medical aesthetics practice. The two day Summitt sells out within weeks and is highly valued by attendees as it offers keys pearls for aesthetic business success.

Actively involved in the industry, Haley as served as Board of Directors, Program Chair, Aesthetic Track Chairperson and on multiple committees within the International Society of Aesthetic and Plastic Surgical Nurses.

In 2017, Haley was recognized for her achievements in a feature by RealSelf as one of the Top 25 Most Loved Injectors.
