As the founder of Aesthetic Practice Partners, she transforms medical aesthetics practices through strategic consulting and operational excellence.

A Board-Certified Medical Practice Executive—one of few certified by the American Medical Group Management Association—Kara has shaped operational excellence across neurology, primary care, dermatology, and plastic surgery. Her executive experience includes serving as Vice President of Operations for a 57-location national healthcare company and VP of Sales in the aesthetic medical device space.

Beyond her consulting work, Kara advances industry education and accessibility as the founder of Empower Esthetics, a nonprofit organization providing mentorship and educational grants to aspiring aesthetics professionals.
