Rana is among the field’s most recognized and sought-after leaders, educators, and trainers in the Aesthetics industry. Due to the high demand for her as a trainer, Rana established Aesthetics for You in 2013 and The Confidence Bar, and The Confidence Lab in 2020.  Rana is a speaker trainer for Allergan, Galderma and P.A.L.E.T.T.E. Resources.

The level of passion and enthusiasm Rana brings is unparalleled. She approaches each of her trainings as a collaboration where we advance together, creating a more supportive, skilled and safer community. She frequently attends and speaks at national and international programs to ensure she provides the most current aesthetic treatments and to be able to maintain the highest level of teaching excellence in terms of the newest, safest, and most advanced techniques.
