Steven is also co-founder of Roddy MedSpa & Modern Beauty Con with his wife Renata Roddy. Roddy MedSpa is the official Medical Spa for the Patriots Cheerleaders and Miss Massachusetts USA.

Prior to Pageant Planet, Steven was a model and television host. At the age of 23 he was the youngest owner of a professional football team. Steven has consulted for movies, magazines, designers, and actors from Canada to Hawaii.
